Refund policy
You may return the product for a refund if:
1. Inconsistent or incorrect products
If you find that we deliver an item that is physically different from the item ordered, for example not as described on the detail page, is an unrelated item, or has a different specification (color, shape, technical characteristics, branding, etc. errors). When making a "return/refund" request, you can select the reason for "product does not match the description" or "wrong product sent", and provide relevant supporting materials where applicable.
2. Defective Products
If the product you received is damaged or broken. Is of unsatisfactory quality or performance due to issues related to but not limited to design errors, product safety issues, and any other issues that negatively affect your use of the product or your safety or security.
You may request a "Return/Refund" for the reason of "Defective or Unusable Product" and provide relevant supporting materials where applicable.
3. Incomplete Products
If you find that certain components, parts, or accessories are missing, you may file a "Return/Refund" request using the "Missing Product or Accessory" reason and, if applicable, supporting documentation.
We will process your request within 48 hours of submitting your return request.
Products not applicable to returns and refunds
You cannot get a refund if:
1. Exceeding the validity period of the policy
Our policy is valid for 30 days, if 30 days have passed since your receipt date, we are sorry that we cannot refund you.
2. Other products not eligible for return
Personal Protective Equipment, Intimacy or Hygiene Products, Hazardous Materials or Products with Flammable Liquids or Gases.
