Shipping policy
In-Stock Items
Orders placed for in-stock items usually ship within 2-5 business days from order placement. Orders placed on Fridays, holidays, or weekends will begin processing on the following business day. Items ordered together may ship separately.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary for each item. Shipping dates are listed on the product page, cart, and on your order confirmation. Please reference for shipping dates.
*Some items on our site require a little extra care due to the size and/or weight of these products. In these cases, Oversized Item Shipping charges will be incurred at checkout as stated in the Details section of the item’s product page.
Processing Time

Special Exceptions
Our shipping and processing charges are meant to compensate our company for processing your order, packing your products, delivering them to you, and related overhead. Shipping to some destinations, especially those remote regions addresses, requires one or more additional business days to deliver.
Backorders
We may need to postpone shipping if a product is not immediately available. We will ship back-ordered items as soon as they are back in stock. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail or email.
Lost or Missing Packages
You have up to 10 days after an item is marked as delivered to report your missing package. UYKKE is not responsible for lost packages reported beyond 10 days post-delivery. Please ensure that you provide a valid shipping address that is attended to and will be monitored during the day if your main area is not secure.
